| 1 - If you are UPGRADING... |
If you are upgrading, be absolutely sure that your program is closed and that you have a BACKUP of your data (don't upgrade if you are a client and your current version is lower than 3/16/2013 ), you can use the backup system integrated in the program in Setup->Backups or simply backup the file CONTACTS.CRM (that is inside the directory of your program) to an external hard drive or pen drive. | |

| 2 - Go to www.aoox.com and select the program that you want to download from the list |

| 3 - Click on the link to download it. |
This file is a zip file and must be downloaded and saved in your hard drive not run from our servers or it won't install correctly |  |

| 4 - If you are using Chrome to download read this... |
Once downloaded you may need to click the option KEEP (a little pull down menu to the right of the word "Discard"). This is because Chrome is warning you about a zip file but in this case just select KEEP as instructed. |  |

| 5 - If you are using Chrome to download read this... |
Then, select SHOW IN FOLDER again from a little pull down menu to the right of the file name to show the ZIP file in your Windows Explorer |  |

| 6 - If you are using Internet Explorer to download read this... |
When using Internet Explorer you should click on the SAVE option not in the open option. |  |

| 7 - If you are using Internet Explorer to download read this... |
Once the program is downloaded click the OPEN FOLDER option |  |

| 8 - Now, UNZIP the program file |
If you don't have an unzip program (like WinZIp or 7Zip) just right-click on the downloaded file (the program)and select EXTRACT ALL but if you have a program like WinZip or 7Zip right-click on the file and select EXTRACT TO ... (the directory) as shown in the picture. |  |

| 9 - Run the program executable file. |
Once you are in the directory that holds the executable file, right-click and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR to run the program. |  |
