I had a dream. I had a dream where I imagined a CRM software that is so powerful and so unique that it could catapult my business to the next level. I imagined a contact management software that integrated all the essential features that I always wanted and needed in my business. It also anticipated all the features that I am going to need in my business for the next 10 years.</p>
<p>This CRM software that I envisioned in my dream was so powerful and so unique that it sky rocketed my business to the next level. This contact management software gave me the peace of mind of knowing that my business was in safe hands with one of the most powerful technologies that a business owner could have.</p>
<p>This ultra powerful software had capabilities that I never had seen in any other software. It had space For unlimited contacts. This software allowed me to import thousands and even millions of contacts into my CRM. There are many contact management software that actually limit the number of contacts that I can have. But this CRM had no limit in the number of contacts that I was able to upload. This mysterious software even gave me 5,000 contacts to import as a test, just so I can see how good this software actually was. I was truly impressed. </p>
<p>The next thing that I immediately noticed was how fast this software actually was. While most CRMs slow down when you import more and more contacts, the speed of this software was just as fast with 10 contacts than it was with 500,000 contacts. I never had a moment where it was actually &#8220;slow&#8221; inside of this dream that I had. </p>
<p>Another feature that this beautiful software had that I envisioned in my dream was it&#8217;s integrated E-mail System. This was one of the main features that I noticed within this contact management software. This provided massive amounts of benefits to my company. The first benefit was that I didn&#8217;t have to use a 3rd party e-mail provider such as outlook, since the e-mail system is already integrated inside of this CRM. Another benefit I had because of this integrated e-mail system was that I was able to store my clients e-mails in various ways: by colors, subjects, keywords, etc. This truly provided me with organization and better control over how I kept in contact with my clients. </p>
<p>So not only was this software that I envisioned in my dreams fast and powerful. Not only did it allow me to import and store an unlimited number of contacts and be able to communicate with those contacts through it&#8217;s integrated e-mail features. But it also allowed me to search for those contacts in a matter of just seconds. One of the major time wasters when working with an ordinary contact management software was the task of searching for contacts and prospects that were inside of my CRM. This CRM that was in my dreams was able to search for these contacts in just a few seconds, without slowing down the software, regardless of how many contacts I would upload. </p>
<p>When I was working with a traditional contact management software and wanted to look for a contact, it became very complicated. I would have to fill out many fields which included the full name of the contact, the address and the phone number. The problem that arose with this is that if I didn&#8217;t type in all the information correctly, the search result would return void. Thus making it difficult for me to find the contact that I was looking for. </p>
<p>Imagine having to open a drop down menu of 10,000 contacts? how long do you think that would take to populate? all of these are down falls because they slow down the software. The software that was presented to me in my dream only had one single search field where I typed in the name of the person that I was looking for. </p>
<p>Out of all the features that this contact management software had which was by far one of the most unique: The ability to conduct surveys. There are many 3rd party companies that I could conduct and form surveys with. Surveys are a powerful way to get to know your prospects and your actual clients. This CRM that I have been talking about had an integrated system where I was able to create and send surveys to my clients and prospects. This gave me the ability to get inside of their heads and get to know what they really thought of my product or service. This kind of integration would also came with graphing features, so I could keep track of important statistics based on the results of those surveys. </p>
<p>Another really great feature of this contact management software was its marketing capabilities. This wonderful contact management software had a full marketing system to help me grow my business. </p>
<p>  *It had a twitter scheduler where I was able to schedule my tweets in advanced. So that way my tweets<br />
    were being sent at the specified time that I set it at. I was also able to handle multiple twitter accounts.</p>
<p>  *This imaginary software also had a competitor keyword analyzer, which analyzed the keywords that my<br />
    competition was using on there web-site. Thus giving me a sneak peak at what they are doing to drive<br />
    traffic to there web-site. </p>
<p>  *Lead Extractor: this was a very powerful tool where I was able to extract leads from the internet. All I<br />
    had to do was type in the industry that I was looking for and the state. So for example if I were looking to<br />
    contact Realtors that lived in New York, all I would have to do is specify that in the search engine of this<br />
    extractor, and within seconds this lead extractor had at my finger tips the results of the criteria that I<br />
    asked for, and in most cases, it also provided a  direct e-mail address. </p>
<p>   *Ability to Write Articles: I had the ability to write high quality articles right inside of this software. These<br />
     articles would later be converted into e-books and into pdf files, all from the same software. </p>
<p>   *keyword density: this keyword density tool, that is inside of the contact management software, is<br />
     valuable if you are writing for the purpose of getting your articles and writings to appear in the search<br />
     engines. This unique feature showed me how many times my keywords appeared in my article, thus giving<br />
     me a &#8220;keyword density&#8221;.  </p>
<p>   *Article Submitter: Once I was done with these articles I submitted them directly to the article directories<br />
     all the while using this same contact management software.</p>
<p>All of these features that were presented to me inside of this CRM are truly breath taking. They literally had all the features that my business needed. This dream was wonderful and beautiful. The best part about this dream that I had was the last part. The best part of the CRM was shown to me. I learned that this software was desktop based and not Internet based. This had to be by far one of the best features of this contact management software that I have been talking about. </p>
<p>The advantage of a windows based contact management software was that I had full control over the software, not some 3rd party hosting company. The life of my business was in my hands and was not dependent on the life of the vendor that sold me the software. Doing it any other way will just be business suicide. What would happen if the CRM that I was working with is internet based and the server were to crash? This could be catastrophic for my business. All because my contact management software was being held in the hands of a 3rd party vendor.  </p>
<p>If there ever were a contact management software as the one I saw in my dream, it would literally launch my business into new horizons. This kind of CRM would be very special and one of a kind. I hope that one day the business world can witness such a software. Until that day comes, I will forever remember this dream. </p>

When someone joins a network marketing company or becomes an affiliate of some kind of a product, it is very important to consider the necessity of earning a recurrent, or residual, income. Recurrent income can be classified as getting paid time after time, again and again, for work that you did only once. For instance, lets say that you are a part of a network marketing company and your company&#8217;s main product is selling cell phone service. Recurrent income in this scenario can come into play when this customer, that you just sold this phone plan to, pays their bill, you then in turn, get paid a percentage of that monthly bill, month after month, year after year, during the life time of the customer. You did the work just one time and you are getting paid for the lifetime of the customer. </p>
<p>Same thing goes when you are a affiliate for a product. Choose a product that pays you a residual income, compared to say, a one time flat commission. Although both commission structures, residual or one time payment, are appealing for many different reasons, it is nice to get a check every month for work that you only did once. So if you sold a software which required your customer to pay a monthly fee, you in turn should get a percentage of that monthly fee for the life of the customer. </p>
<p>Both models, as an affiliate and as a network marketer, are extremely appealing because they involve the possibility of receiving  recurrent income. The best products that are available for someone to market are those which have a residual income side to the compensation plan. </p>
<p>Now what is the best kind of products that you should promote?</p>
<p>The argument could be made from pills, to electronics, to wonder juices, to skin creams and the list can go on and on. For the sake of argument, we are only going to discuss products that are valuable towards businesses today. The product that you choose to market, or become affiliated with, should not be a FAD. Wikipedia describes a fad as:</p>
<p>&#8220;any form of behavior that develops among a large population and is collectively followed with enthusiasm for some period, generally as a result of the behavior&#8217;s being perceived as novel in some way. A fad is said to &#8220;catch on&#8221; when the number of people adopting it begins to increase rapidly. The behavior will normally fade quickly once the perception of novelty is gone&#8221;</p>
<p>If you are looking to make a quick buck then this might be a great means to accomplish that, but we are talking about creating a stream of income which will not fade away after the hype has been &#8220;hyped-out&#8221;, then a FAD product probably isn&#8217;t your best option. The pattern with a FAD product is that it becomes instantaneously popular in the beginning, then after a short while the  demand becomes saturated and eventually there is no more market for them. And we all know that no more market for a product equals no sales and eventually no product at all. </p>

When this happens, the status tab will still say &#8220;in progress&#8221;.
